The K&K Pure 12-String acoustic guitar pickup is an award-winning pickup for twelve string acoustic guitars. It produces a natural acoustic guitar sound without a preamp.

The K&K Sound Pure 12-string is an ideal plug-and-play pickup solution for guitarists desiring natural acoustic guitar tone. The larger pickup heads produce a strong bass response and pronounced midrange that sounds great on 12-string guitars.

The Pure Pickup’s position on the bridge plate balances sound, picking up all strings without harshness or percussiveness. It amplifies the unique characteristics of your guitar, resulting in a true 12-string tone.

The K and K Pure acoustic pickup has a passive design and doesn’t require a preamp to boost the signal. Its signal is powerful enough to drive a guitar amplifier or PA system mixer. However, for more volume or sound control, use a preamp.

An optional passive thumbwheel volume control is available, and mounts to the inner edge of the soundhole. It does not require a battery and easily allows you to turn the pickup volume down or off, but not up.
